Smaller items Delivery Process
Items which are small enough to safely ship with FedEx or UPS. Shipping options may vary depending on the item availability. But generally, include:
- Priority Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days once the order ships and tracking information sent to you.
- Standard Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days once the order ships and tracking information sent to you.
- Ground Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 7 to 14 business days once the order ships and tracking information sent to you.
Large Items Delivery Process
To ensure your order is delivered to you in perfect condition quickly and efficiently. We use our in-house white glove delivery team who specialize in furniture delivery. Our Delivery team are highly trained, so rest assured your order will be carefully and professionally handled from start to finish making sure you receive the fastest, safest and most efficient delivery possible.
Delivery Process: You'll receive email notification at the following stages of our delivery process.
- Shipped - Your order has been shipped by the manufacturer and is in transit.
- Received - Your order has been received by our local warehouse
- Inspected Approved - it's good- your order is in perfect condition, our white glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- On your scheduled delivery day, our white glove delivery team will deliver your new furniture.
Delivery Process Disclaimer
Our Vendor use the best Shipping company as per there knowledge, as this whole process involves extensive moving and labor, accident might happen where a box corner or inside product get damaged. In that case you will be notified via email with following message.
Damaged - Uh oh, there's an issue - on inspection we found an issue and we are working to get a replacement item for you.
