Program Terms and Conditions

Only Original Buyers is eligible for coverage under Program. If the covered item is not maintained as required by the mattress manufacturer's warranty or the law label or any tag attached to the mattress is altered or removed, the Program becomes void.

The following condition are also Program Requirements:

• The Foundations, Power Bases or any accessories purchased are not eligible under the Program.
• The Covered item must be exchanged for the SAME SIZE mattress as the Original Purchase mattress.
• No Credit or refund will be issued if you reselect an item of lesser value than the originally purchased item.
• No Credit or refund will be issued if you reselect an item of lesser value than the originally purchased item.
• You must be Bergen Sleep Center Rewards member at the time of purchase for the Qualifying Mattress to be covered.
• You must sleep on the mattress a minimum of 30 -nights before the any exchange claim is made
• Claims can be made under the Program from 31 days after the original delivery of the item up to 365 days.
• The Program offers only one exchange per original purchase.
• You must inform Bergen Sleep Center after 180 days of sleeping on mattress that you are still not sure about the mattress, and you might consider for claim under the Program.
• All Exchange must be done through Bergen Sleep Center Delivery team.
• Bergen Sleep Center reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Program at any time
